Sean Nobuo Ouye is a progressive and forward-thinking executive at Hoku Management, Inc., where he currently serves as CEO.  Graduating Cum Laude from the University of San Diego, Sean double majored in International Business and English, with a minor in Real Estate.  With a rich background that combines deep-rooted familial ties to the industry and international experience, Sean brings a unique blend of skills and perspectives to his role.

 

Under Sean’s leadership, Hoku Management oversees five Manufactured Housing Communities with a total of 2650 spaces that span Northern and Southern California, and three commercial buildings with a combined square footage of 108,944, totaling $700 million in assets under Sean’s proficient management. Working at Hoku since 2021, Sean has substantially increased annual revenue, solidifying the company's success in the industry.
