Lee Nobuo Ouye, retired President of Hoku Management, Inc., is a distinguished figure in the manufactured housing development and management industry with a career spanning over four decades. His extensive experience and steadfast leadership have left a lasting impact on the industry and his company.

A longstanding member of the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA) since 1988, Lee has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Craig Bittle Award, the American President’s Award, and the McAdoo Carr Bush Award—the highest honor from the WMA. His involvement extended beyond leadership roles; he was pivotal in political and rights advocacy as part of the PAC (Political Action Committee) Board of Trustees and the Committee to Save Property Rights (CSBR).

Lee's commitment to integrity, respect, and loyalty, principles he shared with his father, have been fundamental to his success and are a continuing legacy in the ongoing leadership of his son, Sean Nobuo Ouye, the current CEO of Hoku Management, Inc.
